Golden Gate Ferry service to and from the Chase Center has been suspended through at least April 10, 2020, due to the suspension of the NBA season and a City and County of San Francisco ban on all events larger than 1,000 people across the city. This ban includes concerts at the arena.
Customers who purchased ferry tickets for these events will be issued refunds by Tickets.com.
