This event takes place Saturday May 31 and Sunday June 1, under the Golden Gate Bridge & Battery East / Coastal Trail
Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon - from Marina Green, triathletes will run up the Battery East / Coastal Trail under the Golden Gate Bridge. They will continue to run on the Coastal Trail to Baker Beach, then reverse course, retracing steps back under the Golden Gate Bridge via Coastal / Battery East Trail to their finishing point at Marina Green. Runners will begin running West under the Golden Gate Bridge at approx. 8:40a-10:30a, returning East under the Bridge at approx. 9:00a-12:15p.
Approximately 1,800 participants expected.
