STORM IMPACTS TO GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE, GOLDEN GATE TRANSIT BUS & GOLDEN GATE FERRY OPERATIONS

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2014

Today's storm has impacted Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Transit Bus, and Golden Gate Ferry operations as follows:

GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE

  • GGB lane configuration at 3 lanes northbound, 1 buffer lane, and 2 lanes southbound. This configuration is expected to remain through this evening's commute

GOLDEN GATE TRANSIT BUS

  • Afternoon trip cancellations (click for our Bus Schedules page):
    • Route 4
      • Trip departing Perry & 3rd at 4:30pm cancelled. Alternate service available on trips at 4:20 and 4:41
      • Trip departing Perry & 3rd at 5:12pm cancelled. Alternate service available on trips at 5:02 and 5:24
    • Route 24
      • Trip departing Perry & 3rd at 5:03pm cancelled. Alternate service available on trips at 4:53 and 5:22
    • Route 27
      • Trip departing Perry & 3rd at 4:27pm cancelled. Alternate service available on trips at 3:57 and 4:51
    • Route 56
      • Trip departing Perry & 3rd at 4:03pm cancelled. Alternate service available on trips at 3:38 and 4:30
    • Route 74
      • Trip departing Perry & 3rd at 4:05pm cancelled. Alternate service available on trips at 3:05 and 4:36
    • Route 91
      • All trips cancelled. Alternate service available on Routes 92 and 93 with a transfer at Richardson & Francisco or the GGB Toll Plaza
  • GGT service impacted by power outages and traffic along Lombard and Van Ness in SF
  • All routes and schedules could be impacted by potential Hwy 101 flooding and lane closures at Marin/Sonoma County line
