Backup Service Provided for Specific Ferry Trips While M.V. Mendocino in Dry Dock
While the M.V. Mendocino is in dry dock through May 26 and Golden Gate Larkspur Ferry is operating a modified weekday schedule, backup service is being provided when several early morning and late afternoon high-speed ferry trips reach full capacity.
Specifically, backup bus service is being provided for the 7:10am Larkspur-SF trip and the 4:25pm and 5:55pm SF-Larkspur trips (board in front of Ferry Building), and backup ferry service is being provided for the 8:20am Larkspur-SF trip (this is a 45-minute crossing). In addition, backup bus service is being provided for the 8:30am SF-Larkspur trip if it departs earlier than 8:30am.
Please note: all backup trips depart very close to the scheduled departure time of the trips they are backing up.
