GOLDEN GATE TRANSIT BUS SERVICE
EXTENDED TO SERVE HAMILTON
Effective Monday, October 18, Golden Gate Transit’s weekday commute Route 58, which links
Novato/Ignacio with the San Francisco Financial District, will be extended into Hamilton Field (Hamilton). Currently,
Golden Gate Transit buses stop on Nave Dr. near Hamilton, and now four new stops are being added inside Hamilton, with
service departing on weekday mornings as follows:
New Route 58 Stop Locations
Hamilton Parkway in front of the Marin Airporter Terminal
Hamilton Parkway at Chapel Hill Rd.
Hamilton Town Center @ Hamilton Theater
Hamilton Main Gate Road @ Martin Drive (Lanham Village)
Route 58 will continue to serve the Marinwood, Lucas Valley and Terra
Linda bus stops on Highway 101. Route 58 passengers should note that the addition of the new bus stops will have trips
departing eight (8) minutes earlier to compensate for the new routing through Hamilton. Travel time to San Francisco
Financial District is approximately one (1) hour with service continuing along Howard St., ending at 8th
& Folsom Sts.
