MULTI-AXLE TOLL TICKET BOOKS TO BE DISCONTINUED

 

Effective January 1, 2007, Golden Gate Bridge multi-axle toll ticket books will no longer be sold. These convenience toll ticket books were not eliminated with the launch of FasTrak in 2000 and were provided as a convenience for regular multi-axle vehicle users such as trucking companies.

Effective March 1, 2007, these ticket books will no longer be accepted in the toll lanes.

The alternative for multi-axle toll payment is either cash or FasTrak. To open a FasTrak account, call 1-877-229-8655 or visit www.bayareafastrak.org.


TOLL TICKET BOOK REFUNDS

Refunds of unused multi-axle toll ticket books, less a $1.00 service charge per book, are available as follows:

  • in person at the Golden Gate Bridge Toll Plaza, Toll Office
  • by U.S. Mail to Golden Gate Bridge District, PO Box 29994, Presidio Station, San Francisco, CA 94129. Be sure to include name, mailing address, and daytime phone number along with the unused tickets.
