Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District is comprised of 19 members, representing six counties.  

Meeting Calendar - The Board of Directors meets monthly at 10:00 a.m., in the Board Room, Administration Building, Golden Gate Bridge Toll Plaza, San Francisco, CA. Present and past Committee and Board agendas as well as associated staff reports can be found for each meeting. Any public hearing or special workshop meetings will be noted on the calendar.

Standing Committees - The Board of Directors has five Standing Committees that meet regularly. Agendas and associated staff reports can be found for each Committee.

Public Hearings - All public hearings are called by the Board of Directors to consider public comment on a variety of matters, including implementing a toll adjustment, considering a new fare, raising an existing fare, or implementing a major reduction in service.

Special Workshops - As part of its community outreach, the District periodically hosts special workshops to provide additional information or education on potential impacts to services.

Master Ordinance - The Master Ordinance is a repository comprising the actions taken by the Board of Directors to set policies for the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District.

Resolutions of the Board of Directors - Board Resolutions are motions by the Board of Directors to enact a rule, regulation, or a Board decision.

Rules of the Board - These Rules of the Board are designed solely to facilitate the handling by the Board of Directors of its own affairs.

Conflict of Interest Code - The Conflict of Interest Code designates employees who must disclose certain investments, income, interests in real property and business positions, and who must disqualify themselves from making or participating in the making of governmental decisions affecting those interests.
