Board of Directors MeetingsThe Board of Directors meets on the second and fourth Fridays of each month at 10:00 a.m., in the Board Room, Administration Building, Golden Gate Bridge Toll Plaza, San Francisco, CA. In each calendar year the Board may hold one or more regular meetings in each of the other five counties of the District. All meetings are subject to change, please consult the current Calendar of Meetings for the latest meeting information. The Board of Directors is comprised of 19 members. The Board of Directors sets policy for the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District and directs staff on the maintenance and operation of the Golden Gate Bridge and management and operation of the bus and ferry systems. Directors serve on standing committees which meet regularly each month.
