SUMMARY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2007

  1. Authorized execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Anchor Environmental, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $470,000, to provide berth and channel maintenance dredging design and permitting support services for the Larkspur Ferry Terminal.
  2. Authorized execution of Change Order No. 3 to Contract No. 2007-FT-13, Larkspur Ferry Terminal Storage and Inspection Station, in the amount of $25,718, with Bay Area Structural, Inc., for the removal and disposal of unforeseen hazardous asbestos cement concrete pipe; and, authorized a budget increase in the amount of $37,000.
  3. Authorized award of a contract to Universal Building Services & Supply Co., to provide janitorial services at the Golden Gate Bridge Toll Plaza, San Rafael, Novato and Santa Rosa facilities, in the amount of $145,815, for a 15-month term, commencing October 1, 2007.
  4. Authorized award of a contract, through CMAS, to Metro Video Systems, Inc., in the amount of $273,714, for the purchase of video surveillance equipment for use at Golden Gate Bridge locations.
