SUMMARY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MEETING OF FEBRUARY 9, 2007

   
1.
Authorized execution of an Agreement with the County of Marin to operate the third year of the Muir Woods Shuttle Bus Demonstration project, May 5, 2007 through September 30, 2007, for an approximate cost of $249,475, to be paid for by the County of Marin.
 
2.
Approved two capital-funded positions to support major technology projects.
 
3.
Approved an amendment to Rule III of the Rules of the Board relative to bringing forward actions by a Committee to the Board of Directors for consideration.
