Public Comment Note: Each person wishing to address the Board is requested to complete a Request-to-Speak Form for submittal to the Secretary of the District. A period of thirty (30) minutes has been allocated for public comments concerning items of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. Each individual will be allotted three (3) minutes. Said time frames may be extended only upon approval of the Board.
