| 1. | Authorized a budget increase in the Bus and Ferry Divisions’ Operating Budget for FY 06/07 relative to State Operating Assistance income. |
| 2. | Authorized execution of a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Novato Redevelopment Agency relative to the Novato Bus Facility. |
| 3. | Authorized execution of a five-year license agreement with American Tower, L.P., for the Mt. Tamalpais communications site, with three five-year renewal terms, at an annual license fee of $36,000, effective July 1, 2006. |
| 4. | Authorized rejection of all proposals for RFP No. 2007-D-1, Exterior Bus Advertising Services and re-advertisement of the RFP. |
