TO CONSIDER A PROPOSAL TO INCREASE
SPECIAL EVENT FERRY FARES TO SBC PARK FOR 2005

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 10, 2005, at 9:30 a.m., in the Board Room, Administration Building, Toll Plaza, Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, CA, to receive public comment on a proposal to increase special event ferry fares to SBC Park, as follows:

By policy, special event fares are set to cover direct operating costs of these discretionary, special services. The new fares are proposed to be set at “breakeven ” levels, sufficient to cover operating costs.

Public comments will be received at the public hearing or may be presented in writing to the Secretary of the District at the above address. Comments may also be sent by e-mail to publichearing@goldengate.org. Written comments should be received no later than 4:30 p.m., February 9, 2005.
