SUMMARY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

MEETING OF OCTOBER 28, 2005

1. Authorized a transfer of $9,000 from the FY 05/06 Bridge Division Capital Budget to the FY 05/06 Bridge Division Operating Budget for the purchase of Light Detecting and Ranging (LIDAR) equipment.
   
2. Approved an extension of the employment agreement with the District Engineer.
   
3. Approved actions relative to the annual performance evaluation of the Attorney for the District.
