3. Authorized Filing a Grant Application with the State of California, Department of Transportation for Fiscal Year 2005 Federal Operating Assistance to Support West Marin Bus Service
   
4. Approved Renewal of the Boiler and Machinery Policy Relative to the Property Insurance Program
   
5. Authorized the Setting of a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 21, 2004, at 9:30 a.m., in the Board Room, Administration Building, Toll Plaza, Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, CA, to Receive Public Comment on a Proposal to Increase Bus, Ferry and Paratransit Fares by 5% in Order to Meet Operating Expenses
