Larkspur Ferry Shuttle — Route 37 — Serving Lucas Valley and Terra Linda Commuters

Service Began December 2014

Due to customer requests and the popularity of Route 25—the Wave Ferry Shuttle—Golden Gate Transit and Golden Gate Ferry introduced a second shuttle route—Route 37—serving the northern San Rafael communities of Terra Linda and Lucas Valley. The new service began in December 2014 as a 9-month demonstration project.

The new shuttle operates between the Smith Ranch Road Park & Ride lot and the Larkspur Terminal, with additional stops at the Terra Linda/Freitas Parkway and North San Pedro bus pad stops in both directions.

Route 37 serves weekday Larkspur Ferry departures from 7:00 am to 10:10 am and 5:10 pm to 7:25 pm and arrivals from 6:50 am to 9:05 am and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Fare Information

Route 37 is FREE for Ferry customers. Clipper customers simply tag on when they board the shuttle and then tag off when they exit the shuttle. Cash customers pay the ferry fare when they board the shuttle, and they'll be issued a “transbay” transfer to present to a Terminal Assistant at the Larkspur Terminal. Local riders (customers not transferring to a departing Ferry) must pay the local bus fare using cash or a Clipper card.
