Larkspur Ferry Adds Later Service for San Francisco Women's March

Golden Gate Larkspur Ferry has added service for the Women's March Bay Area - San Francisco event on Saturday, January 21, 2017. The added trip will depart the San Francisco Ferry Terminal at 8:40PM for the 30-minute trip to the Larkspur Terminal. This added trip supplements the regular weekend service schedule. See below for the complete timetable.

Golden Gate Ferry will use a 450-passenger, high-speed catamaran for this added trip. Boarding is first-come, first-served.

Fares & Tickets

One-way Fares

  • Adult (19-64): $11.00
  • Youth (5-18)/Senior (65+)/Disabled: $5.50
  • Clipper: $7.25
  • Children 4 and under travel FREE when accompanied by a full fare paying adult (limit 2/per adult)


  • PURCHASE TICKETS EARLY! Vessels will depart promptly at posted departure times.
  • Ferry tickets are available from ticket vending machines located at the Larkspur and San Francisco Ferry Terminals. Ticket machines are open during daily hours of operation. 
  • Customers without Clipper cards who need to purchase ferry tickets should arrive AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
  • Round trip ticket purchase is recommended!

Parking & Terminal Locations

The Larkspur Ferry Terminal is located in Marin County at 101 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd., just east of U.S. Highway 101 in Larkspur, CA. The main terminal parking lot accommodates 1800 vehicles; an overflow lot on Larkspur Landing Circle can accommodate an additional 300 vehicles. Parking is free on weekends. The San Francisco Ferry Terminal is located along the Embarcadero at the foot of Market Street behind San Francisco's Historic Ferry Building, across from the Justin Herman Plaza. Click here for location.
