Notice to Customers Regarding Golden Gate Ferry Service to AT&T Park in March & April 2016

Direct service to AT&T Park for April 7 game CANCELLED. Purchase will be refunded.

Departure from Larkspur for weeknight games in March & April may be delayed by 20-25 minutes

Due to vessel availability, Golden Gate Ferry service to AT&T Park will be impacted in March and April 2016 as follows:

  • Thursday, April 7: NO direct service to/from AT&T Park for April 7 game. ALL ticket purchases will be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase. Note: Giants Ferry tickets for April 7 will NOT be accepted on regular GGF service on April 7. See below for information about our regular ferry services to the SF Ferry Building.
  • Weeknight games - Thursday, March 31; Friday, April 1; Friday, April 8; Monday, April 18; Tuesday, April 19: Departure time from Larkspur Terminal may be delayed by 20-25 minutes.

We regret the inconvenience.

Customers who purchased Giants Ferry tickets for the April 7 game will be issued a full refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days.

Customers can still ride our regular ferry services to and from Golden Gate's San Francisco Ferry Terminal (located behind the San Francisco Ferry Building) for the April 7th game (click HERE for regular ferry schedules). Since large crowds are expected on April 7, we strongly encourage that customers arrive early to purchase ferry tickets or to purchase tickets in advance.Tickets are available from ticket machines located at all GGF terminals. Clipper is also accepted. Note: Tickets are useable on any ferry trip and having a ticket does not guarantee a seat on any specific day or trip.
