Daytona 500 Winner McMurray Visits Golden Gate Bridge
On Valentine's Day, 2010, Jamie McMurray won the Daytona 500 – NASCAR's biggest race of the year – for the first time! Following this victory, he made his way to San Francisco on February 17, to celebrate with fans at Willie Mays Plaza at AT&T Park as the primer for the NASCAR race at Infineon Raceway on June 18-20. To kick-off his San Francisco visit, two motorized cable cars met Jamie and his fans at Vista Point on the north side of the Golden Gate Bridge for the CHP-escorted trip to ATT&T Park.
