New FasTrak Customer Service Center has Reopened! GGB Toll Payments & FasTrak Account Access Now Available via Web, Automated Phone System, and In Person

The new FasTrak Customer Service Center (CSC) that processes Golden Gate Bridge (GGB) toll payments has reopened and GGB toll payments and FasTrak account access are again available via the web, the automated phone system, and in person. A high volume of inquiries into the CSC are expected and customers may experience long wait times.

Motorists who crossed the GGB during the temporary closure (June 12 to 16) can now pay their toll online at www.bayareafastrak.org, over the phone by calling (877) BAY-TOLL (877-229-8655) or 415-486-8655 outside California, or in person at the new facility locagted at 62 First Street (between Mission and Market) in San Francisco. If a toll payment is not received by Friday, June 20, a Toll Invoice for the toll amount (no penalties) will be sent to the registered owner of the vehicle. FasTrak toll tags, License Plate Accounts, and One-Time Payments activated prior to the closure remain fully functional. Please continue to use your FasTrak toll tag as usual.

We apologize for any inconvenience during the relocation.
