FasTrak Account and Golden Gate Bridge Toll Payment Access Unavailable during Planned FasTrak System Upgrade

From 5:30pm on Friday, October 31 until 8:30am on Tuesday, November 4, account and payment access will be unavailable on the FasTrak website, through the FasTrak telephone system, and at cash payment network locations due to a planned FasTrak system upgrade.

Please plan ahead! If you wish to make a payment, pay for a Golden Gate Bridge toll, or update your account, please do so prior to or after this time. It’s also possible to pay invoices and violations or add funds to your account balance by sending a check via the postal mail.

Invoices and violations with due dates that fall during the scheduled upgrade will be provided a grace period through Friday, November 7. Additionally, if you cross the Golden Gate Bridge during the upgrade, the option to make a One-Time payment will be also be extended through Friday, November 7.

All FasTrak toll bridges, express lanes, and parking will operate as usual.
