FasTrak Customer Service Center Has Moved to New Beale Street Location - New Walk-in Service Counter Will Open in Mid May

GGB Toll Payments & FasTrak Account Access Available via Web, Phone, and Cash Payment Locations

The Bay Area FasTrak Customer Service Center (CSC) that processes Golden Gate Bridge (GGB) toll payments has moved to the new Bay Area Metro Center at 375 Beale Street in San Francisco to better serve its customers. The walk-in service counter at the new location will open in mid May. Motorists can pay their GGB tolls via the web, phone, and at FasTrak cash payment locations.

A complete list of FasTrak services and availability is as follows:

  • FasTrak Website - AVAILABLE. Visit www.bayareafastrak.org.
  • Phone services - AVAILABLE. Call 1-877-BAY-TOLL (1-877-229-8655).
  • Walk-in service counter - TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE. A new walk-in service counter will reopen in mid May at the new Bay Area Metro Center on Beale Street.
  • Cash payment locations - AVAILABLE. View map HERE.

Motorists who crossed the GGB on Thursday, April 21, Friday, April 22, or Saturday, April 23, have until Friday, April 29, 2016, to make a one-time payment for their GGB toll. This extension applies to rental cars as well. In addition, motorists with a GGB Toll Invoice or a Violation Notice from any Bay Area toll facility with due dates of Thursday, April 21, Friday, April 22, or Saturday, April 23, have until Friday, April 29, 2016, to make their payment.
