The Bid is currently under review by the District. Staff will prepare a written report that will include a recommendation. It is anticipated that the staff recommendation to award Contract No. 2013-D-8, will be presented to the General Manager for approval the week of Monday, April 1, 2013. If this schedule is met, the District will notify the Bidder of staff’s recommendation by electronic mail or facsimile by Monday, April 8, 2013.
