The Bids are currently under review by the District. Staff will prepare a written report that will include a recommendation. It is anticipated that the staff recommendation to award Contract No. 2012-FT-2, will be presented to the General Manager for approval on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. If this schedule is met, the District will notify the Bidders of staff’s recommendation by electronic mail or facsimile by Friday, September 30, 2011.
