The Bids are currently under review by the District. The Bidders will be notified of the District’s staff recommendation after their review. It is anticipated that the staff recommendation to award Contract No. 2011-FT-3 will be presented to the Building and Operating Committee for review at its meeting of Thursday, September 23, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Committee’s recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Directors for its approval at its meeting of Friday, September 24, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Both meetings will take place in the Board Room, Administration Building, Golden Gate Bridge Toll Plaza, San Francisco, CA.

If this schedule is met, the staff report will be sent by electronic mail or facsimile to all Bidders on Friday, September 17, 2010.
