NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE
ADDITION OF ROUTES 101 AND 70 SERVICE AND
ELIMINATION OF ROUTE 80 SERVICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District (District) will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comment, as follows:

Friday, August 1, 2014 at 9:30 a.m.

Sonoma County Administration Building
575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, CA

The Board of Directors (Board) adopted the “Strategic Vision for Golden Gate Transit Regional Bus Service (Vision)” which includes the goals of expanding service and restructuring or eliminating inefficient service, with an overall aim of attracting new riders. The Board proposes to add some Routes 101 and 70 service, and eliminate Route 80 service due to a shift in ridership from Route 80 to Routes 101 and 70.

Public comments will be received at the public hearing or may be presented in writing to the Secretary of the District at the above address. Comments may also be sent by email to publichearing@goldengate.org. Written comments should be received no later than Friday, August 1, 2014, at 4:30 p.m.
