SUMMARY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MEETING OF APRIL 28, 2006

   
1.
Approved discontinuing the use of convenience tickets as a method for Golden Gate Bridge toll payment and amended Master Ordinance 2006.
   
2.
Authorized filing an application with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for FY 06/07 Transportation Development Act and State Transit Assistance funds to support bus, ferry and paratransit services.
   
3.
Authorized award of Contract No. 2006 BT-5-RTCC, Janitorial Supplies, to Clean Source, Inc., in the amount of $93,745.26, and to Crest-Talmadge Sales, Inc., in the amount of $12,875.38, for a two-year period, with two one-year options exercisable by the General Manager or designee, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract, effective May 8, 2006 through May 7, 2008, for the purchase of miscellaneous janitorial supplies, including paper and cleaning products.
