1. Presentation by the San Francisco County Transportation Authority on the Doyle Drive Environmental and Design Study Project

2. Approve Actions Relative to the Award of Contract No. 2004-BT-8, San Rafael and Novato Bus Facilities Pavement Rehabilitation, to Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc.

3. Authorize Increase for Change Order No. 47 to Contract No. 99-B-5, Golden Gate Bridge Seismic Retrofit Phase II, South Approach Structures, for Repairs of Steel Elements in the Upper Level of the Fort Point Arch

4. Authorize Execution of Change Order Nos. 67 and 80 to Contract No. 99-B-5, Golden Gate Bridge Seismic Retrofit Phase II, South Approach Structures, for Painting the Towers and Bents of the South Approach Viaduct and the Lower Truss of the Fort Point Arch

Meeting Note: This Committee meeting may be attended by Members of the Board of Directors who do not serve on this Committee. In the event that a quorum of the entire Board is present, this Committee shall act as a Committee of the Whole.

A vote of the Committee of the Whole does not constitute final Board action. All Committee action must be ratified by the full Board of Directors.

All items appearing on the agenda are subject to action by the Committee.
