5:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.: West Sidewalk CLOSED to Bicyclists; East Sidewalk OPEN to Bicyclists & Pedestrians

Golden Gate Bridge Roadway Remains OPEN at All Times

Temporary Traffic Delays Possible on Alexander Avenue near East Road in Sausalito during Event

The WEST sidewalk of the Golden Gate Bridge will be closed to bicyclists from 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2019, to allow runners participating in the Across the Bay 12K to cross the Bridge. During this time, bicyclists will share the EAST sidewalk with pedestrians.

During the race, there will be NO impacts to traffic on the Golden Gate Bridge. Motorists and visitors may experience temporary traffic delays on Alexander Avenue near East Road in Sausalito during the event.
